Minimum investment is $25,000. Target returns: 17%+ annual ROI, 8-12%+ annual cash flow, paid quarterly. Founded by two former technology executives ("Facebooks and Apples of the world") who built the firm after a decade of personal STR investing.

Techvestor's value proposition: the investor contributes capital, Techvestor handles every operational dimension (acquisition, lending, finance and accounting, property management, design, smart-home technology, photography, multi-platform listing, legal protection with a $1M+ umbrella liability policy, K-1 tax reporting, and quarterly investor reporting). The firm has worked with 500+ partners coast-to-coast and uses a proprietary acquisition platform that underwrites 50,000+ properties per month.
